In this dissertation, a descriptive-analytical method has been researched on the rules and principles of the destruction and transfer of mosques from the perspective of the five religions (Imamiyya, Shafi’iyya, Malikiyah, Hanafi and Hanbali). The purpose is to identify the rules and principles of Islamic jurisprudence regarding the cases of permitting and not permitting the demolition and relocation of mosques. While referring to the history of some fanatical tendencies in the destruction of mosques of religious opponents and the case study of Zarar Mosque, the jurisprudential thematics of destruction and displacement as well as the rules and principles of destruction and displacement among the five religions have been discussed. The results of the research show that in Khamseh religions, the destruction and relocation of mosques is not permissible without proposing the ruling titles and rulings, but in certain cases, it is permissible to propose special titles such as expediency or necessity or ruling ruling. Examples include the violation of al-Mustaddam (the mosque overlooking the destruction) and the demolition of mosques covered by the urban development plan.
