This research, while adhering to the descriptive-analytical method, explains the principles of mankind praise and condemnation in the Quran with emphasis on “Al-Mizan” (by Allameh Tabatabai) and “Maftih Al-Ghaib” (by Fakhr Razi) Tafsirs in five sections and its effects on the honorable life in the two individual and social dimensions and the human role in determining fate -whether bliss or grief. This research is particularly important since awareness of one’s good and bad traits makes it easier for the human to cross the path to knowledge and happiness. Also, the knowledge of the Holy Qur’an’s stance on this issue and the comparison of the views of the great Islamic scholars and commentators will enrich the research and make the results credible. The results of the research show that: a) there is a wise end to the creation of the universe; and since man is the creation of God, the end of his creation with certain characteristics must be consistent with the ultimate goal behind the creation of the universe. B) Human beings, while having a material nature, can achieve the highest spiritual and transcendental perfections, and therefore God has praised and condemned him in the Holy Qur’an based on his existential, descriptive, epistemic, and innate attributes.  C) The study of ninety-three verses from the Quran shows that the bases of mankind’s praise in the Quran are the consistency of his creation, being divine caliph, having divine nature, growth, free will and choice and the bases of his condemnation in the Quran are existential weaknesses, ignorance, and action based on wrong choices, all of which are essential to mankind’s life and perfection, and their absence can fundamentally disrupt human life. D) The collection of Islamic teachings has defined and validated United Ummah as systemic divine thinking which is rational, logical and teleological approach to meet human needs.
