The survival of each society depends on order and stability. To achieve this goal, sociologists have proposed “social control” to regulate relationships, to reconcile community members with values, and to regulate society and prevent maladministration. Islamic jurisprudence also manages the expression of norms and rules of behavior on social, economic, cultural and political grounds for the administration of society, and this study, in a library method and descriptive analytical nature, with a comparative and interdisciplinary study of jurisprudence and sociology, in Answering the question is what strategies and mechanisms have been put in place by the Imamiyya and Shafeiyya jurisprudents to control social harm?  In the search for this question, processes have been studied in jurisprudence that are consistent with the mechanisms of social control and have a universal effect; the basis of the divine jurisprudence, attention to all material and spiritual dimensions of human existence and the individual and social needs of mankind, The point is that the “control system of jurisprudence” has been designed and emerged. The results of this research include the response of the jurisprudential system to the ordering and stability, growth and prosperity of humans and society by means of internal control, externality, and through mechanisms such as worship and afterlife such as Hodoud, Diyat, Qisas, Sharia law and punishments, and the general supervision of good faith and the prohibition of denial. Explaining the mechanism of jurisprudence in scientific synergy is a new way in which the theoretical study provides the basis for the emergence of practical cooperation between this knowledge.
