Due to the middle intentions and due to the ordinances and intentions of the Supreme Council, Shi’a and Shari’a have changed the divisions in the intentions, and drafted the structure of the universal Shari’ah system with new divisions. By dividing the Shari’ah’s constituents from the variables, we have made details in general and in order to fulfill the ultimate goals of the Shari’a, we deduced the provisions of the law, the subject, including environmental issues. By introducing the originalist approach to the intended purpose, the Fiqh has set aside some of the law of jurisprudence in the area of clearance, it is based on the organization and planning of societies. Then, by establishing the proper principles based on the relations of the verses and discovering the intentions in them, we have established a new approach to the establishment of ijtihad and to deduce the provisions required in jurisprudence. The role of the jurisprudence has been directed toward the domination of human beings on the available energy in the soil, the sunlight, and other clear sources and the decree to use these energies. Addressing the specific challenges of the energy and the general challenges facing the people of the world, we have shown the systematic solutions of the Shari’a to overcome these challenges. While expressing the necessity to pay attention to the various effects of interaction with the environment, we have proved the capacity of the jurisprudence in relation to the environment and its sources.
