Reputation, in which the majority is inclined to a particular view, is one of the topics discussed in the science of principles and hadith, and has long been discussed among the jurists of the five religions.  Reputation, which is divided into three types of fatwas, narrations and practices, and is discussed in many jurisprudential issues, is of special importance.  In this dissertation, which has been written with an analytical descriptive method in four chapters, each of the well-known ones is examined from the perspective of Imamiyya and Shafi’i.  Has been.  The results show that a fatwa is a fatwa that has become known in the context of a ruling on religious rulings, without which it is known what the document is, but it has been avoided or not documented at all, if it can be a proof that  It should be a kind of principle of affiliation and a revelation of the verdict of the innocent.  Sunnis do not have a debate as a fatwa, and they discuss it in a consensus.  In connection with the fame of narration, the reputation of narration among narrators is given meaning due to the multiplicity of narrations and its repetition, and most of its application is discussed in the discussion of balance and preference.  The Ahl al-Sunnah books do not mention the fame of the narrator, but the famous hadith, which is narrated by many narrators, is somewhat similar to the fame of the Imamiyya narration.  It is an action of narration and its application is in the algebra of the weakness of the document and of course there is a difference of opinion in it.  It can be said that such a reputation is a proof of the weakness of the document if it is present in the practice of the ancients and later, and according to some fundamentalists, including Sobhani, it is considered to be Jabir if it is next to the narrative fame.
