– Establishing communication with universities and academic centers abroad to secure their cooperation in various educational and research fields
\n– Taking necessary measures to facilitate the participation of the university’s faculty members in international academic forums and conferences
\n– Managing matters related to inviting Iranian experts residing abroad and foreign specialists for academic collaboration with the university
\n– Organizing seminars, conferences, and symposia in cooperation with faculties and other university units, as well as proposing the required budgets to the relevant authorities
\n– Handling matters related to scholarships, study opportunities, dispatching academic delegations abroad, and hosting foreign delegations for mutual academic and educational cooperation
\n– Establishing effective scientific and cultural communication with international organizations and the Islamic world (such as: the United Nations, UNESCO, the International Association of Universities, ISESCO, and the Islamic World Citation Center “ISC”)
\n– Conducting all external correspondence of the university, including translation of letters and referral documents from various university departments into foreign languages
\n– Providing necessary arrangements for hosting foreign professors and students at the university and handling matters related to obtaining residence permits, work permits, and entry\/exit visas for them within the framework of relevant regulations
\n– Managing accommodation and hospitality for the university’s foreign guests<\/p>\n
