The theory of adherence to the ruler has a great influence on the socio-political transformations of societies, because the foundations and judgments and the acceptance or rejection of this theory can have different consequences and consequences for the process of transformation of each society, For this reason, the subject of the present treatise is assigned to the ruler in the jurisprudence of Imamiyeh and Hanafiyah, and according to the abovementioned materials, the necessity of the principle of Provincialism and sovereignty among the Imams and Hanafi jurisprudence is accepted and accepted. What is different about the political thought of these two religions is the circumstances and examples of the way and how it is determined. Imamieh jurisprudence in determining the ruler, has considered installation, while Hanafi jurisprudents choose to choose. In Imamieh’s jurisprudence, obedience to the ruling ruler, which has the right to forbid, is necessary, but obeying the ruling ruler is a condition that obeys tyranny. Therefore, in the political philosophy of Shi’a jurisprudence, a person with no jurisdiction even with the consent of the people can not be at the head of power, because in the Islamic jurisprudence, such a person was an illiterate person who has no right to exercise authority over the people, nor the people allowed to obey him However, in the jurisprudence of Hanafi, obedience to the ruler is obligatory in all circumstances, and they are obliged to respect the departure and resurrection against the ruler, and only the duty of the people in the event of sin and guilty ruler, advice and guidance and advice are considered. Regarding the quality of obedience to the ruler in Imamieh jurisprudence, contrary to the jurisprudence of Hanafiyah, the order is abundant and calls for obedience without consciousness to be rejected.
