The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of techniques in producing news through text and photos in the media. This issue is one of the most important axes that need to investigate and identify the signs behind these words and photos so that such audiences can gain a correct understanding of the news subjects and issues that are focused on. The upcoming research relies on the content analysis method and on the basis of the analytical descriptive research method to examine and explain the desired phenomenon as it is in reality, which is one of the most common and widely used study and research methods in the field of semiotics and media identity. The statistical population of the research consists of Al-Mayadeen and Al-Jazeera newspapers, and the reason for choosing these two newspapers for content analysis was the frequency of their audience and easy access to them by the society at all ages, as well as the impact and highlighting of news and events in these newspapers. These two newspapers have many contents in different fields of entertainment, legal, religious, ideological, scientific and artistic, etc. Three issues of Al Jazeera newspaper have been randomly selected as research samples, the first one is related to Thursday, January 3, 2015, the second is on Thursday, January 20, 2015, and the third is on Thursday, February 24, 2015. Four issues of the Al-Mayadin newspaper were randomly selected, the first of which was published on Tuesday, January 4, 2015, the second on Tuesday, February 8, 2015, the third on Tuesday, March 21, 2015, and the fourth on Tuesday, April 25, 2015. From the results of this research, it can be pointed out that it is not possible to separate news production techniques in creating news streams and media news streams in Al-Mayadeen and Al-Jazeera newspapers. The basic question of this research is what are the techniques of producing news streams in the media? It should be said that a news stream is a means of conveying a new and important event that, as an instant event and at the moment in the contemporary period, attracts a wide audience to the media. This event conveys objective and real events experienced by different people to a large audience. News techniques operate based on clear strategies and policies of a media. Just as Al-Jazeera and Al-Mayadeen newspaper use techniques such as reporting news based on real information and immediate action and intervention in the event to produce their news streams. This study is not only a description of the reality of news techniques in the production of media news streams, but also reveals the behind-the-scenes planning of the media to manage the crisis and recommends the implementation of strategies of a national media to exploit the experiences of the old media in calming the atmosphere of the society. Considering that this research seeks to analyze the content of the mentioned newspapers, it has nothing to do with the notes and contents of the front page of the newspapers. Finally, it should be said that in this research, every effort has been made to present a scholarly research, but it definitely needs to be evaluated and presented correctional points by the respected professors and members of the jury committee, and I am sure that by applying their expert opinions and correctional points, the shortcomings This research will be resolved. And I praise God, the first and last of the worlds, and I send God’s greetings and greetings to the best of His creation, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and all his children and companions.
